Shipping and Returns:
All items marked as free shipping will be sent out either First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS depending upon the weight and/or size.
All items will be shipped within 72 hours.
All items can be returned within one (1) week of receiving the item, however the customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance cost. Upon receiving the Item, the customer will be refunded, the cost of the item/ 's plus the original shipping cost, the same way the item was originally paid for. ie. if the item was paid by master card then master card will be credited.
All items can be returned within one (1) week of receiving the item. Upon receiving the Item /'s the customer will be given a FULL STORE CREDIT for the original out-of-pocket expenses (includes original shipping costs) plus any RETURN shipping costs and Insurance.
Warantees: A Warantee is valid if displayed in the product listing. The Warantee is for 30 Days from the Delivery Date. The Customer can request a Full Refund or Store Credit for the Customer's Original Out-Of-Pocket Expense Plus Return Shipping Cost and Insurance. The Warantee is valid for the original listing price and not for a reduced offer price or Special price (In this case the regular 7 Day return policy as stated above applies).
Select Returns at the left, in the 'Information' box, and fill out the Return Authorization Form and Submit. If you prefer store credit make sure to select store credit from the 'Action Requested' drop-down list.
Instructions will be Emailed to you regarding the Return.
After receiving the item, reimbursement will be effectuated for the item total cost including the original shipping charges. If Store Credit is selected a Credit Coupon will be issued to the customer.
